KINOVER

This is not a standard Tagalog word.

It is a Filipino conjugation of the English word “cover.”

Kinover ni Tina ang kanta.
Tina covered the song.

Kinover ng diyaryo ang balita.
The newspaper covered the news.

Kinoberan ko ang mga mata ko.
I covered my eyes  (with something).

Kinoberan ko ang mukha ko.
I covered my face (with something).
