KALAMANSI

Possibly the smallest widely used citrus fruit there is, Kalamansi is known as Philippine lime.

Cut one in half and spritz the juice on your pancit noodles!

Gather a whole lot and produce some calamansi juice!

Mix it into soy sauce and use as a dipping sauce for your fried fish! Also good with boiled okra and squash! 🙂
